I don't listen to a lot of hip hop but heard this local Sacramento artist Rasar Thejeli do spoken word at TEDx Sacramento and really enjoyed what I heard. Found his pay what you want album online and it its reminiscent some Del the funky homosapien, Atmosphere and a little Jurassic 5... which is pretty good company to keep.
